Interested in Leveraging AI for Customer Research?

Machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming the way we gather information about consumer experiences.

Applied Marketing Science (AMS) and Boston Children’s Hospital are teaming up once more for a presentation at FEI Continued 2023, a virtual gathering of insights professionals to discuss innovation learnings from 2022 and the first half of 2023, and how to apply them moving forward.

Presented by Carmel Dibner, principal at AMS, and Stephanie Zawacki, Director of Market Research and Strategic Analysis at Boston Children’s Hospital, this case study will explore how they were able to leverage AI to aid in the creation of highly detailed journey maps for pediatric complex care patients. The presentation will demonstrate how machine learning can be extended beyond simply finding customer needs to fully understanding your customers’ experiences. While this case study is medically-focused, attendees will be able to apply these learnings to their own journey mapping projects across a variety of industries.

FEI Continued is completely virtual and free to attend, so make sure you register today to access the session. Catch Carmel and Stephanie’s presentation on Tuesday, June 20 from 11:30AM to 11:50AM ET.

The webinar is now available to watch on demand:
