AMS Goes West for June 2024 Voice of the Customer Course

Applied Marketing Science (AMS) will be heading to Orange County, California for a two-day, in-person workshop focusing on Voice of the Customer (VOC), a proven methodology that helps you see through your customers’ eyes, providing the clarity, comprehensiveness, and depth you need to make critical product development decisions. 

With a recently-revamped curriculum, this course is interactive and engaging with a focus on discussion and hands-on activities so you can master the fundamentals of VOC research.
