Applied Marketing Science (AMS) would like to congratulate Kristyn Corrigan, Principal and Insights for Innovation Practice Lead, on her recent appointment to the Product Development and Marketing Association (PDMA) Board of Directors.
The PDMA is a global community of thousands of members whose skills, expertise and experience power the most recognized and respected innovative companies in the world. Members of the PDMA encompass development and management practitioners, academics and service providers in a variety of industries and knowledge areas, including new product process, strategy innovation, market research, tools and metrics, organizational issues and portfolio management. In Kristyn's decade of involvement with the PDMA, attending events and serving on various committees, she says she has seen firsthand the value the organization can bring to product development professionals. She adds, “PDMA is an association that forms a unique and actionable link between practitioners and academia.”
As one of PDMA’s Directors, Kristyn will be participating on the global product management and innovation stage as well as partaking in planning and scoping the programs that advance members and the industry. More specifically, she will be leading the organization’s digital strategy, which Kristyn views as “an opportunity to bring digital marketing, content, and collaboration to a new level that meets the needs of today’s product development community.”
In her 17 years of experience in product development consulting, Kristyn has helped leading global B2B and consumer brands not only understand stated and latent customer needs, but also how to measure their criticality to innovation.
