Dr. Abbie Griffin holds the Royal L. Garff Presidential Chair in Marketing at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. The paper she published with John Hauser, “The Voice of the Customer” is a seminal work in the field of marketing science and is fundamental to the work of Applied Marketing Science.  

Carmel Dibner is a principal in the Insights for Innovation practice at Applied Marketing Science (AMS), where she is responsible for client relationship management, client services delivery, and business development, with expertise in consumer products and services.
