AMS Principal Carmel Dibner will be presenting on the power of machine learning at the 2020 Quirk’s Event in Brooklyn. Her presentation, “Unearthing the Unexpected: The Power of Machine Learning” will dive into how automated learning and human analysis can uncover a comprehensive set of customer needs for a variety of industries. Carmel will share several illustrative case examples and explain how machine learning can uncover ‘pearls’ of insight that common research methods may overlook. In addition, she will explore a groundbreaking quantitative research application that is used to determine the most important unmet customer needs.
