AMS Principal Carmel Dibner Discusses the Benefits of Insight-Forward Innovation at TMRE Continued 2022

Applied Marketing Science Principal Carmel Dibner will be presenting a session at TMRE Continued, an upcoming event held by The Market Research Event (TMRE), which is being held virtually from December 6th to 8th and is free to attend.

Carmel will be joined by Cassandra Maktabi, Senior New Product Manager at Spectrum Brands, to explore how Spectrum Brands has made deep understanding of customer needs central to their innovation strategy. Their session, titled, “What’s Cooking? Spectrum Brands’ Revolutionary Approach to Customer Insights” will take place on Tuesday, December 6th from 11:50am to 12:10pm EST.

During their session, Carmel and Cassandra will explore the multitude of ways identifying a full range of customer needs has paid dividends for Spectrum Brands’ air fryer category and beyond. Specifically, they will address how aligning on customer needs was a critical tool in the successful reorganization of the portfolio after their 2021 acquisition of Tristar Products.

TMRE unites hundreds of insights executives with a common goal - advancing the insights practice, developing as respected leaders and driving bottom line impact with insights. Don’t miss out on a great event – registration for TMRE Continued is free, and there’s still time to register!
