If you’re wondering how to build up your team’s research capabilities for customer-centered product or service development, you’ve come to the right place. Applied Marketing Science (AMS) is excited to announce our first course of 2024: ‘Listening to the Voice of the Customer’ will be taking place virtually from March 11th through the 14th.
Instructors John Mitchell and Andrea Ruttenberg, PhD – both seasoned market research experts with decades of experience in various industries, ranging from healthcare and life sciences to consumer durables – will introduce the fundamentals of Voice of the Customer (VOC) research and equip you with the tools you need to uncover invaluable insights for your organization.
Not only will you learn how to define VOC and properly scope a study, you'll also learn strategies for effective customer interviewing. Your instructors will then demonstrate methods for analyzing data and prioritizing customer needs. On top of that, you'll have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas with your fellow attendees.
If you’re a product developer, engineer, marketer, or manager looking to kickstart your VOC journey, this is the course for you. We hope you’ll join us in March!
