With both virtual Listening to the Voice of the Customer (VOC) courses this summer officially sold out, Applied Marketing Science (AMS) is excited to announce an in-person session during the fall! This upcoming course will take place in New England on October 18 and 19th.
Over the course of two days, you will become proficient in Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. Your instructors, and masters of VOC, Principals Kristyn Corrigan and John Mitchell, will guide you through tried-and-true techniques for customer interviewing and observation, needs analysis and affinization, concept testing, and so much more.
Through the in-person modality, you’ll also receive the benefits of face-to-face instruction – for starters, the ability to solicit feedback from seasoned VOC experts in real time and ask questions as soon as they arise. On top of that, you’ll have multiple opportunities each day to exchange ideas and network with your peers over food and networking breaks. Taking place from morning through afternoon, this course provides participants with a chance to dedicate two full days to solely mastering VOC methods. You’ll leave with a certificate of completion and a detailed plan for conducting VOC research at your own organization.
